EPI launches one of the biggest events ever

In a bid to boost technology growth across Ghana, renowned software company Epitech has launched a comprehensive initiative aimed at enhancing computing education through hands-on skill acquisition, paid internships, and employment opportunities.

Speaking at the launch event in Accra, Epitech’s CEO highlighted that Ghana’s computing education system has long been critiqued for its heavy theoretical focus, leaving many students underprepared for the demands of today’s rapidly evolving tech industry. “Our initiative is designed to bridge this gap,” the CEO said. “We want to equip students with the practical skills that companies need, while offering paid internships that serve as a launchpad for their careers.”

The initiative includes:
  • Skill Acquisition Workshops: Epitech will offer intensive training programs covering key areas such as programming, software development, and emerging technologies.
  • Paid Internships: Selected students will have the opportunity to work directly with Epitech on live projects, gaining invaluable industry experience.
  • Career Placement Support: Epitech is partnering with local tech firms and educational institutions to create a robust pipeline for employment in the technology sector
Epitech’s initiative is expected to roll out across key tech training centers in Accra and other major cities over the coming months.
